I am cooking these right now so I don’t have a finished product photo, but I promise you, you wont be dissappointed if you give this recipe a go!
Ingredients
- 3lb CJW Beef Roast
- salt and pepper
- Red Chilis
- 1 onion
Instructions
- Salt and pepper the CJW Beef Roast generously
- Make the red chili sauce by rehydrating some red chilis with a onion and then blending up with some water, then strain through a mesh sifter to remove the chili skins. (More detailed recipe in previous email).
- Add the meat and red chili sauce to the slow cooker
- Cook on low for 6-8hrs, shred and let simmer 30 min
- Enjoy with tortillas, chips, or on a bun with some avocado!
